Welcome to the Ozone Gym, we believe that the muscles that are key to your health and fitness are the ones that make you smile. If these are working regularly then there is a pretty good chance that the others aren’t doing badly either.It’s not just our swimming pool and spacious gym or spinning and aerobic studios that will get you to where you want to be it is also our programme of classes and activities that are geared towards you achieving specific fitness and weight loss goals.
Our friendly fitness team is always on hand in the gym or the studio’s to help support you to reach your health & fitness goals.
Please come and have a chat with me when you are in the gym and we’ll help develop the best fitness programme we can for you.
On Tuesday evening from 5pm – 7pm please join us for member moments, sit have a moment and let me know how your getting on with your training and what more we can do to help you reach your goals.
You also catch up with me whilst I’m training for my first triathlon that I’m aiming to complete in April!
