Our trio of personal trainers are here to guide you with one-on-one training sessions, dietary information and their specialised fitness and health knowledge.

Based at the Ozone Health & Fitness Club since 2007, Pure Fitness offers a broad spectrum of health and fitness services. Pure Fitness is run by Tara Kafke, a former international sprinter who represented England in the 100m.
Tara has a deep knowledge of sports and exercise science, as well as human movement and the musculoskeletal system. This allows her to offer specialised personal training across a range of sports and fitness levels, including kettlebell workouts and fitness assessments.

Simon offers friendly and professional training sessions to help you achieve your fitness goals. A boxing specialist, he is happy to undertake group sessions as well as one-on-one training.
An expert in nutrition and the use of supplements, Simon is the perfect person to speak to about toning up and losing weight. An expert personal trainer who has been based at Ozone for two years, Simon also offers half hour and full hour appointments.

I strive to get people into the shape they want to be with a positive outlook to their goals whether that would be Losing Weight, Gaining Muscle Mass or General Fitness.
At the age of 14 I underwent an operation to correct a curve in my lower back where I was out for 6 months with rehabilitation. So, I specialise in this area with a great knowledge of exercises and stretches to help cure back pain.
The inspiration that I took from this has led me to be very motivated within the fitness industry to make sure people stay healthy through life and reach their targets. I believe any target can be met with determination and will power. I have also recently got trained in Kettlebell’s, Vipr and Lower Back Rehabilitation.
