The Ozone offers a variety of personal training options. Whether you prefer to train outdoors, focus on shaping your body or increasing your cardiovascular fitness, we can help. Personal training is more than just a workout in the gym; it’s a programme to fit your life and at the Ozone our trainers provide members with the motivation and guidance to achieve their fitness and lifestyle goals through their diverse range of skills and knowledge.
You train on a one to one basis and all sessions last for 60 minutes and you will receive 3 sessions FREE when you join the club!
